At the conclusion of the March
caucus, my resignation as chair will be final. I want to
thank all of the elected officials and Democratic
activists who have helped this group grow and prosper over
the last couple years. I do not believe in piling up
titles so my decision to resign was very simple.
I began as Chair in December of 2004. Since that time we
have raised awareness and offered a place for discussion
in the community and around the state on topics ranging
from human rights to big box stores to tax policy to
education.
